A chocolaty brandy alexander is a wonderful way to end a delicious Christmas dinner.  Your guests will love this creamy drink.

  • One and a half ounces (50 ml) of brandy
  • Two and a half teaspoons (12.5 ml) of crème de cacao - either white or brown
  • Two and a half teaspoons (12.5 ml) of double cream
  • Grated nutmeg

Instructions

Pour the brandy, crème de cacao and double cream into an ice-filled shaker.  Shake and then strain into a martini glass that has been chilled. Garnish with the grated nutmeg. Serve.
