Buck's Fizz is a classic English Christmas drink. It gets its name from London's Buck's Club, where it was invented.

  • One third of a glass of fresh orange juice
  • Two thirds of a glass of chilled champagne
  • Dash of grenadine (optional)
  • Orange slice (optional)

Instructions

Pour fresh orange juice into a champagne flute.  Add grenadine, if desired.  Top up with champagne.  You may add the orange slice as a garnish.
