Although the champagne cocktail may be a traditional beverage for special occasions, your Christmas guests won't find anything boring about this drink.

  • One cube of white sugar
  • Angostura bitters
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons (25 ml brandy)
  • Dry champagne

Instructions

Put the sugar cube inside a champagne flute. Add two dashes of the Angostura bitters and the brandy.  Stir, then top up with champagne.
