The cordial highball is a refreshing non-alcoholic drink that your family and friends will love when they come to visit around Christmastime.
  • 1 ½ tablespoons (25 ml) of any cordial
  • Club soda or sparkling mineral water
  • Garnish

Instructions

Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour the cordial into the glass. Top up with the club soda or mineral water.   Add a garnish of your choice, making sure that it goes well with the cordial you have chosen. Serve.
