Hazelnut Martini

The hazelnut martini, which contains both hazelnut and chocolate, is a delicious drink to serve at a Christmas party.

• Lemon juice
• Grated nutmeg
• 1 1/2 ounces (50 ml) of vodka
• 1 1/2 tablespoons (20 ml) of white créme de cacao
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) of Frangelico

Instructions

Wipe the rim of a chilled martini glass with lemon juice and dip the glass into the grated nutmeg so that the nutmeg sticks to the rim.

Fill a shaker with ice.  Pour the vodka, créme de cacao and Frangelico into the shaker.   Shake and then strain.

Pour into the martini glass.

Serve.
