Mudslide

A mudslide can be the perfect drink to soothe you and warm you up on a cold winter day around Christmas time.

• One and a half tablespoons (25 ml) of vodka
• One and a half tablespoons (25 ml) of Kahlúa
• One and half tablespoons (25 ml) of Bailey's
• Cocoa powder
• One and half tablespoons (25 ml) of double cream (optional)

Instructions

Mix the vodka, Kahlúa and Bailey's, along with the double cream, if you want it in an ice-filled shaker or blender. Shake briskly, or blend for ten seconds.

Pour into a rocks glass that is filled with ice. Serve with cocoa powder as a garnish.
