Perfect Manhattan

The Perfect Manhattan is a delicious drink that will add an air of sophistication to your Christmas party.

• 1 ½ ounces (50 ml) of rye whiskey
• 2 ½ teaspoons (12 ml) of dry vermouth
• 2 ½ teaspoons (12 ml) of sweet vermouth
• Dash of Angostura bitters
• Strip of lemon

Fill a mixing glass with ice, then pour all of the ingredients except the lemon strip into the mixing glass. Stir, and then strain into the martini glass. Garnish with the lemon strip, then serve.
