The bright red color of a raspberry martini will go well with your Christmas party decorations.

  • 1 1.2 ounces (50 ml) of vodka
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons (12.5 ml) raspberry purée or fresh raspberries
  • Dash of crème de framboise
  • Dash of orange bitters
  • Two (additional) fresh raspberries

Instructions

Fill a shaker with ice. Place all of the ingredients, except for two raspberries, into the shaker. Shake and then strain into a martini glass that has been chilled. Use the two extra raspberries as a garnish. Serve.
