The sugary rim that is used to decorate the glass in which the sidecar is served bears a resemblance to snow on a white Christmas.
Instructions Dip the rim of a chilled martini glass into an egg white, and then dip the rim into a dish of sugar, so that the sugar surrounds the rim. Fill a shaker with ice and pour in the brandy, Cointreau and lemon juice. Shake, and then strain into the martini glass. Serve. |
