A stinger makes a refreshing end to a Christmas meal.

  • One and a half ounces (50 ml) of brandy
  • One and a half tablespoons (25 ml) of white crème de menthe

Instructions

Fill a shaker with ice. Pour in the brandy and crème de menthe, then shake. Strain into a martini glass that has been chilled.
