Turkish Chocolate

The Turkish Chocolate is a delicious chocolatey treat for you Christmas party guests.

• 1 ½ ounces (50 ml) of vodka
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) of white crème de cacao
• 2 dashes of rosewater
• Egg white or lemon juice
• Cocoa powder

Instructions

Dip the rim of a chilled martini glass in egg white or wipe lemon juice over the rim. Then dip the rim in cocoa powder so that the cocoa powder adheres to the rim.

Put the vodka, crème de cacao and rosewater into a shaker that has been filled with ice. Shake, and then strain into the martini glass. Serve.
