Twinkle

As its name suggests, the twinkle is a great drink for a starry Christmas eve, whether the stars are in the sky or ae part of indoor Christmas decorations.

• 1 ½ tablespoons (25 ml) of champagne
• 1 ½ ounces (50 ml) of vodka
• Dash of elderflower cordial
• Twist of lemon

Instructions

Place the champagne, vodka and elderflower cordial, along with some ice, in a mixing glass and stir.

Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the lemon twist. Serve.
